RETURN OR REFUND POLICY

Effective January 2024

✨Blush & Bloom Co does NOT accept any returns or refunds on custom or made to order items, unless it is the fault of the seller such as wrong color, style or design.

✨Please know that there may be color variations due to mock-ups, lighting and computer screen differences.

✨ If you want to request a return or refund, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, tagged attached (if tag was on the item when shipped to you), scent free, pet hair free, and MUST BE SMOKE FREE! Please contact blushandbloomco@yahoo.com before you ship your item for approval. If the order was our mistake we will send a return label via email. This will insure you that your exchange items make it to the proper place.

✨Upon receipt of the products we will send the replacement, and or the right product. 

  • Blush & Bloom Co is not responsible for lost packages due to mistyped addresses or names.
  • Blush & Bloom Co is not responsible for paying shipping for items returned to us because of incorrect addresses / names. We will invoice for the cost of shipping the item a second time.
  • Blush & Bloom Co cannot estimate exact delivery dates or times. 
  • Blush & Bloom Co does not guarantee shipping time via our carriers. Delays can and may occur. 

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL (store credit is an option.)
