Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME
✨ Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and made. Preorders may have a different turnaround and will be listed on each listing. 
Items will potentially ship faster depending on the amount of orders. 
✨If an item needs to be made sooner, please send a message prior to ordering to ensure I can accommodate your need by the requested date. Rush fee may apply.
✨All packages are labeled prior to dropping off- they will NOT scan in the items until later in the evening/early morning once they have received the package at the distribution center.
✨All orders will then be shipped via FIRST class USPS mail. 
✨All orders can be upgraded to PRIORITY class USPS mail for an additional charge.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER? 
✨You can track your order by visiting USPS.com
✨Please allow 24 - 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated on the www.USPS.com site from the time you receive your tracking information email. 
HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE, WHAT SHOULD I DO? 
✨Should you not receive your package, please contact me at blushandbloomco@yahoo.com 
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER? 
✨If you are local to San Antonio, TX (78254) and would like to pick up your order, you are more than welcome to! Simply email me and we can set up a date and time. 

 

PLEASE NOTE:

✨We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address.

✨ Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or upgrade your shipping to include insurance.

✨Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered". 

✨ You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office. 

✨ If you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect myself and my customers.
